Kindergarten Night

Spring Parking Lot Safety

Spring is here and everyone is going somewhere FAST! Please remember to slow down when you are in our school's parking lot.  A few parking lot safety reminders:

When dropping off students in the morning in the drop-off lane, please ask your children to exit your car from the PASSENGER SIDE only.

Please only use the drop-off lane for student drop-off.  DO NOT exit your car to walk students into the school while in the drop-off lane.  If you wish to walk your child into the school, please park in the Greenleaf alley section of the parking lot.

Please do not allow your child to walk across the drop-off lane.  Drivers are looking strait ahead or to the south, so they may not see your child approaching their car to cross in front of them. This is very dangerous!

Please review the parking lot procedures with your child to ensure his or her safety.  You can find these guidelines on the SFX Resource Page of the school's website. Thank you for your help in promoting a safe environment for all of our students!

Bike to School & Bike Safety - Today

Bike to School Day is today, Monday, May 14th.  SFX students are invited to ride their bikes to school this morning.  We encourage all students to participate and to wear their helmets!  Second graders will participate in Bike Safety Day today as well.
