4th Grade students are training to run a mile in P.E. In the beginning of each class, the students line up to job/run around the gym. Both classes are up to pacing themselves for 7 minutes.

In this unit, students should know the definition of endurance, pace and cardiorespiratory endurance.
Our goal is for everyone to run a mile and to believe in themselves. We talked about setting positive goals for each class and to have fun running and exercising!
